What we collect
When you send the project form we may receive your name, email address, phone number, a summary of your project and any files you choose to share.
What happens to the details you share with us when you talk about a project.
When you send the project form we may receive your name, email address, phone number, a summary of your project and any files you choose to share.
Only to reply to your request, prepare a suitable proposal and manage the conversation about your project. Briefs are kept in the studio's private, password-protected dashboard and deleted whenever you ask.
We never sell your personal information. It is shared only with the project team or the service providers needed to fulfil your request, within clear limits.
If a page fails in your browser, the site sends the studio an anonymous error report: the error message, the page and the browser family. It contains nothing you typed and nothing that identifies you. The studio’s content is backed up daily.
To know which pages are useful, the site counts visits anonymously: the page, the language, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer), the website you came from (its name only), a few interactions such as reaching each step of the project form, and how quickly the page loaded and responded for you (timings only). No cookie is set, no identifier is created and no address is kept; a visit is recognised only by a note in your browser tab that disappears when you close it. If your browser asks sites not to track you, nothing is counted at all.
When the studio switches on its assistant (the “Ask the studio” button), your questions and the replies in that conversation are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model, to write each answer. The studio does not store the conversation; it stays in your browser tab until you close it. Please do not share personal details there; the contact form is the place for those.
When the studio sends you a private review link, the name you type and your notes on the video are kept with that review so the team can act on them, and anyone holding the link can read them. The page sets no cookie and is not counted in visit statistics; your browser remembers your name and language only on your own device. The studio can close the link or replace it at any time, and deletes the review on request.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time through the contact page.
